Part 3 of "Something Wicked This Way Cums" is a fucking party! The drawing style gets a bit wackier here. I wish I could say that was intentional, but as you will see as we go through this story - I've never been one to stay on model. In this page we have our first good look at the vampire Krissy, the Genie, and Clarisse's taste in jewelry. As I mentioned last week, most of these characters were designed on the page while drawing. Originally the genie wasn't going to be a big part of this story, and as she began to appear more, the more I hated this design. Without explanation, she gets a whole new look on page 25. 

Krissy on the other hand had already been designed, kind of. I knew from the start that I wanted her to be curvy, and wear black. What she actually wears has changed over time. At one point I gave her an official bat like "costume", but as my comic progressed, she became the only Ghoul I regularly draw in plain clothes. Turns out, she likes to dress cute!  Here is my first drawing of who would become Krissy:
