Madame Lilith is what you get when Coppola's Dracula, Cinderella's stepmom, and Tempest Storm are in the blender. As a secondary character Lilith's design needed to convey a lot of information about her. Having those characters (and person) to draw from helped immensely. So see, giving Lilith the largest breasts in the brothel wasn't just an excuse to draw cleavage. Her comfort showing them off is a window to her personality, and a hint at her past... Plus, they make Krissy jealous and that is fun.

P.S. I have often struggled with keeping Lilith "on model" in drawings. Her appearance here in panel one and silhouette in Panel 3 are as correct as I've ever drawn her.
