All the Ghouls are "monsters", but it was always my intention that Zoranna be the most monstrous. Sure, other girls kill because they are hungry (Krissy), or because they are careless (also Krissy), but Zoranna is motivated by power. 

"Clitero Vagina Nympho" was of course a nod to the famous horror phrase "Klaatu barada nikto".
